Uh the limestone color is an option that you have to pay for, but during the time I took delivery, I was able to get it uh for free and I love the limestone color. And then you just subtract 49 miles because that's what 4,180 kwatt hours of energy. I did a blizzard up and down major grade zero slippage. The front tires had only 3/32" on them! "you can run into problems also and so hopefully this will fix it and I W have to take my vehicle in for service but uh we'll see I hope it fix it because who knows how long it it'll take to get a service appointment just because the camera's out and I really need my cameras to park uh where I where I work the tight the parking spaces are really tight and this just hard to uh navigate those oh boy so uh that was pretty quick and so it reset it so let's see if the cameras are working nope same mes cameras are not working service your vehicle so the next step I'm going to do is I'm going to do a hard reset and that's going to consist of me uh pushing this right here and also holding this outer button right here so I'm just going to go ahead and and do a hard reset and this is almost just like resetting your computer it says keep holding both buttons while vehicle's restarting soon okay now restarting is right now said 6% and we'll just see how long this takes yeah this is unfortunate and hoping this will fix it this is very disappointing but I know it's it's going to get corrected it' be nice to get corrected with some new cameras yeah g you can go ahead and give me some some new cameras with uh I guess you have to give me some brand new mirrors whatever it takes that would be nice with the higher resolution but I know that's not going to happen this is"

"Ventilated seats were amazing on the 800+ mile drive. It was a really hot day and the sun was beating throughout the drive, the ventilated seats felt so cold I thought my back was wet. But that’s where it ended for the ventilated seats, the day after I got home from the drive, the ventilated seats were maybe 5 percent of the power they used to have. I can no longer feel it on my back. The legs work maybe 20 percent. This is on max setting. I had to go to the service center for them to install the tonneau cover and I brought up the ventilated seat issue. The tech right away said yea I can’t feel it on the back. After checking the 2 demo vehicles and the loaner they gave me, there was no difference in the ventilated seats. They all felt like mine. I think this is a major issue Rivian needs to address. The service manager said they can warranty the seats out but I don’t think this issue has been addressed. If I get new seats I’ll end up with the same problem again. This is an issue owners will need to escalate in order for there to be a change. This issue is a great disappointment that it has not been addressed. The tech manager said he would escalate it and follow up with me, but I haven’t heard anything and doubt I will."
